* Must be a fully paid member for the 2012 year of NZIPP, AIPA, AIPP or ACMP. If you belong to an overseas professional photography institute, please email the Infocus Event Manager (events@nzipp.org.nz) to see if you are eligible for membership registration fees.
** Students currently registered at a NZIPP recognised Tertiary Institute or employed as an Assistant for a current NZIPP or AIPA Member. The Tertiary Institute or current NZIPP/AIPA member must be listed above to qualify.

HOW TO REGISTER
A summary of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent to you within seven days.
PAYMENT
All Registration Forms must be accompanied by full payment, otherwise your registration will not be confirmed. Payment can be made via the following methods:
- Credit Card: MasterCard or Visa accepted. Online registrations require payment by credit card.
- Cheque: Make your cheque out to the NZIPP, & send to Infocus Conference, NZIPP, PO Box 30035, Christchurch, New Zealand
- Direct Credit Transfer: Complete a Registration Form and organise payment into the following bank account. Please ensure you include your full name in the Reference field.

CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel your registration:
- You may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify the Infocus Event Manager (events@nzipp.org.nz) of your reassignment details.
- If you are unable to find a replacement, a full refund (minus a Cancellation Fee of $100) will be made, provided notification is received no later than Friday 21 June 2013.
- No refunds will be made after Friday 21 June 2013.
- All refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the Infocus Conference.
