- What is a Remit, and how do I submit one at an AGM?
Remits or notices of motion are proposed changes to the NZIPP Constitution or By-Laws which can be lodged by a current member of the NZIPP. All Remits are considered at the Annual General Meeting, and shall be lodged with the NZIPP Co-ordinator 40 days prior to the date of the AGM in writing. Copies of remits or notices of motion to be considered at the NZIPP AGM are circulated by the NZIPP Co-ordinator to the NZIPP Board and Regional Chairpersons/Secretaries as soon as possible after their receipt, and not less than 30 days prior to the AGM.
