If you would like to apply for membership of the *nzipp, please complete the Membership Application Form (MF1) along with the Code of Ethics Declaration, and return with payment to the Executive Officer, who will process your application. All Professional, Provisional, Employee, and Emerging member applications must be accompanied by a signed Code of Ethics declaration before being processed.
